By accessing or using the Clawolution platform ("Platform"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AI2me LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("AI2me," "Clawolution," "we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Platform.
Clawolution is a managed AI agent hosting service. We provision and manage dedicated virtual servers on your behalf, on which we deploy and operate an OpenClaw-based AI agent connected to your chosen messaging channel (currently Telegram).
Privacy by Architecture: Clawolution operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Your AI provider API keys and all conversation data remain on your dedicated server. We do not have access to your conversations, prompts, or AI responses at any time.

Clawolution is offered at $99 USD per month per agent. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at team@agentos247.com for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge three times over seven days. If payment is not received, your agent will be suspended. After a further 7 days without payment, the server and its data will be permanently deleted.
You are responsible for providing valid API keys for your chosen AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google). You are responsible for all costs incurred with your AI provider. Expired or invalid API keys will cause your agent to stop functioning; this is not a service failure on our part.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining your Telegram bot via BotFather. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. Do not share your bot token with anyone.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
Key principle: Your AI conversations and agent memory are stored exclusively on your dedicated server. We never access, read, or process your conversation data. You are the sole data controller for all content processed by your agent.
The Clawolution brand, website, and proprietary tooling are owned by AI2me LLC. The underlying OpenClaw framework is open-source software governed by its own license. Your agent configuration files, SOUL.md, and agent memory are your property.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, AI ACCURACY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI2ME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
We are not responsible for: AI provider outages, Telegram platform changes, data loss resulting from server failures beyond our control, or actions taken by your agent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI2me LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your agent's actions, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days' notice via email for material changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
