Privacy by Architecture — The Short Version:
Your AI conversations are stored exclusively on your dedicated server. We never see them, never store them, and have no technical access to them. This isn't a policy promise — it's how the architecture works.
Clawolution is operated by AI2me LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to AI2me LLC.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Important: Your AI provider receives prompts and returns responses directly to your dedicated server. Your relationship with your AI provider is governed by their terms — not ours. We are not a party to that data processing.
We retain your account data (email, billing) for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days.
Your dedicated server and all data on it (agent memory, conversation logs, configuration) will be permanently deleted 7 days after cancellation. We recommend requesting a data export before cancelling.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing team@agentos247.com. We will process deletion within 30 days.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Our servers are located in Nuremberg, Germany (Hetzner Cloud), within the EU. Data transfers to the US (Stripe, Resend) are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We use only essential cookies necessary for the Platform to function (authentication sessions). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for essential cookies under GDPR.
The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
